About Mona
 Living and working in the Annapolis area for over 35 years provides a unique perspective and understanding of the best place in the world to live and raise a family. Mona has a wonderful husband, two grown daughters and thier husbands and one son, and six grandchildren complete the family family. All have experienced the great schools and tthe opportunities, including boating and sailing. We are, after all, living in the "Sailing Capital of the World" and within thirty minutes of Baltimore and Washington, D. C.
Mona is a consummate real estate professional. She practices and studies full time to be the BEST in service to her clients. The National Association of Realtors has bestowed on her the designations of Certified Residential specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and most prestigious of all, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). While few have taken their profession seriously enough to have achieve these honors, Mona is also an Associate Broker with the capability and knowledge to manage entire teams of people in this industry as she does with our team, Mona LaCovey & Associates.
Mona has always been a top producer in her office and she brings years of experience from thousands of transactions to each challenge. She consistently receives top production awards such as the Platinum Award from RE/MAX and the Life Time Distinguished Sales Award from the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, given to only the very best in the industry worldwide, was recently bestowed on Mona.
Over the years Mona´s caring for her clients have won her repeat and referral business time and time again. A senior realtor consultant, Mona is a master in her field and respected by her peers.
About Steve Longcrier
 Steve is an Excutive Consultant to Mona LaCovey & Associates and is responsible for the design of many of the systems Mona and others use to run their business. With a BA Degree in Management, he brings 9 years of retail experience, 7 years of manufacturing systems experience and 7 years of semiconductor business/software consulting knowledge to bear on real estate systems.
For the last 12 years in real estate, Steve has designed Mona´s web site, the database where clients are maintained, scheduling systems, checklist validation systems, computer infrastructure design and setup, hundreds of forms used today and virtually all of the marketing flyers, post cards, newsletters and local newspaper advertising. He´s also responsible for the maintenance of the computer systems, networks and internet access. Most recently he implemented a new copying system that allows us to scan files into Adobe .pdf files that can be e-mailed rather than faxed and used to archive all the client folder information at a fraction of the cost and space. He has even designed the accounting systems used at Mona LaCovey & Assoc. As needed, he is asked to backup our people who might be out on vacation or train new employees in the use of the systems he has helped us to develop and install.
